Construction and Contract Admin Services
  • Review shop drawings and provide commentary on conformance
  • Validate contractor’s QA
  • Attend pre-construction commencement and site construction meetings
  • Undertake construction inspections to validate installation
  • Assistance with monthly reports summarising the progress of the works
  • Respond to RFIs raised by the contractors/suppliers relating to AGL scope
  • Consideration of alternatives proposed by contractors/suppliers
  • Witness commissioning of the new and/or augmented system
  • Review Test Certificates and Warranties with regards to their technical conformance/application to the project
  • Identification of any defects pertaining to AGL installation
  • Manage correction of defects and omissions
  • Validate contractor submissions (O&M manuals, variations, etc)
  • Assistance with contractual disputes relating to AGL design
